“Ayrton Senna”

When I came back to Japan in 2004, I found a big poster

of Ayrton Senna on the street. Why now? I wonder, but

I could understand ten years had passed since his F1

racing car accident, when I saw the text on the poster.

I remembered a strong impression on his eyes watching

a circuit looked like watching God beyond the circuit.

At the time, I could not express the stong impression

even by painting, to say nothing of modeling or sculpturing.

But, "Now I can do it", I felt... Then, nothing touched me

more strongly than activities of Mrs.Viviane Senna and

Ayrton Senna Foundation succeeding Ayrton's last wishes for children in Brazil.

I felt, if Ayrton was alive, he would express his thanks to her and her staff.

And "Now I may be able to help Ayrton..."

That's why I started to make a bust statue of Ayrton Senna.

I went ahead with making his statue, and each time I finished making his statue

to some extent, I showed it to Mrs.Viviane Senna and remade it. In that way,

I finished the model at the end of 2006.

I plan to cast this bust statue in bronze, only 10 pieces from this model. And

7 pieces of them, for collectors all over the world.

Those who want to get Ayrton Senna bust statue in bronze, please contact

"koshika.net". The first 7 collectors can get them.

And I plan to sculpture this model with a white marble, only for one piece,

by myself. If someone wants to get it, also please contact "koshika.net".

                            * The height of this statue is 41cm, this is a life-size statue.
